Our standards are
such that we treat all our employees fairly and legally with regard
to wages, benefits and working conditions.

not and will not, use forced labour.

do not and will not, use child labour ie below the age of compulsory
education in the country of manufacture.

•Whilst
recognising cultural differences, we appoint employees on the basis
of their ability to do the job and do not discriminate on the
grounds of race, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual
orientation or political persuasion.

•Wages
and benefits paid, equal, or exceed, the minimum wage payable in
that country and they are paid directly to the employees with
information in a form that they can understand.

•Employees
are not expected, except in very exceptional circumstances, to work
more than 60 hrs per week. They have paid leave, in line with the
holiday entitlement in their country.

•We
recognise the right of employees to join and organise associations
for the purpose of collective bargaining. We also encourage the
implementation of systems to ensure good communications with the
employees.

•Disciplinary
procedures are in force but all employees will be treated with
respect and dignity and shall not be subject to any physical,
sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abuse.

•A
safe working environment is provided and safe working practices are
encouraged. Employee participation in improving safety and providing
proper hygiene and social facilities is welcomed.
