South Korea

We have an offshore partner in South Korea who has 150 weft knitting machines, both single and double jersey, mechanical and electronic, and two dye houses who are both M&S approved. Over the last 2 years we have knitted 1.5 million metres for the sportswear market in this factory. They also have connections with gravure paper printers and sublimation specialists, and a vast library of embossing cylinders and equipment.

We also have another Korean partner who has a vertical operation similar to Cloverbrook, whose capacity is 50 tonnes per day, knitting dyeing and finishing. They specialise in stretch fabrics, twisting their own yarns for use in this production.

We are continually looking for new partners to work with and are now looking to work closely with new suppliers in China.
